    1 negi (Leek/Green Onion)
    4 shishito peppers
    2 fillets yellowtail (7.8 oz / 220 g)
    1 tsp kosher salt
    1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp neutral flavor oil (vegetable, canola, etc)

    Teriyaki Sauce:
    2 Tbsp sake
    2 Tbsp mirin
    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 Tbsp granulated sugar

    3. Nami san, any Japanese table setting would be appreciated. I got most of my Japanese dishes at daiso at first but when I went to Japan I bought more because they’re pretty and unique but I couldn’t figure out how to set Japanese table other than from what I saw in different restaurants. The kaiseki I had in Osaka & Kobe made an impression hence my request. Thank you
