ホタルイカと菜の花のパスタ・・・25年前から店で出していますが菜の花の大きさをホタルイカと同じぐらいの大きさに切ると菜の花の苦味が丁度良く口の中で馴染みますよ~それと
オリーブオイルを入れているので最後にトマトのざく切りを乗せるとさっぱりすると思います。
隠し味にイカの塩辛も入れるとさらに濃厚に・・・・
