鳥の丸焼きです。

肉は全体的にどこも柔らかく、美味しかったです。
肉だけでそのまま食べてもいいと思いますが、野菜などと一緒に混ぜたりして食べるのも美味しいと思います。
お酒のおつまみにもピッタリです。
