今回は枝豆とちりめんじゃこ、もち麦を使って炊き込みご飯を作りました。味付けは、塩、料理酒、昆布茶のみです。昆布茶は隠し味的にとても旨味をアップさせます。これがポイントです！めちゃくちゃ美味しいので、ぜひ挑戦してみてください。
This time, I cooked rice using Edamame green soybeans, Chirimenjako fish and Mochimugi wheat. Seasoning is only salt, cooking Japanese sake and kelp tea. Kelp tea is very secretive and makes it very tasty. This is the point! It’s really delicious, so please try it.
