下面我们来做奶酪饼 我自己真的很喜欢这道食谱,因为它的食材非常随意 奶酪、鸡蛋,还有冰箱里的剩菜 这些食材很好找,我们在家里面基本上都有 我们需要300克面粉、半勺盐、一勺糖、 一勺干酵母、80毫升温牛奶和100毫升水 在一只碗里将面粉与盐混合均匀 取另一只碗,将糖与干酵母、 温牛奶和温水调和 调好之后,再把所有这些食材混合到一起 然后做成面团 将面团揉软后静置一小时 如果你喜欢更蓬松的口感,可以放置两个小时 你会看到,面团变大一倍甚至三倍 面发好之后,我的面团已经发好了 你可以看到,它非常蓬松 我们这道食谱的配方适合4个人享用 当然要看你们有多饿 取出整个面团 现在它非常非常蓬松 在这里撒点面粉 然后将面团切成两半,看到了吗? 就这样 我们做出两个面包的形状 然后开始这样… 一直到弄出一个均匀的矩形 虽然现在看起来还不怎么完美 不过我们会从侧面… 像这样小心地滚压面团 另一边也是这么处理 然后把它们放到一起 做出一只小船的形状 准备好这只“小船”后 我们把它摆在烘焙垫纸上 盖起来再静置一个小时 让面再发一发 在等待过程中 你可以混合家里现有的其他奶酪 我放的是曼切戈奶酪和帕玛森奶酪 加点牛奶,一点点就好 再加点鸡蛋 这就是我们奶酪饼的馅料 你可以选择自己喜欢的任何馅料 不过我们这个配方有点像是简单的原始配方 我有时候还会放点胡椒粉,现在也撒点吧… 这看起来有点像是在做多纳圈 加入胡椒粉 我要把馅料填到这里 不用担心馅料会掉下来 因为面团会膨胀变大 有点像是一堵墙,什么也不会掉出来 就像这样就好了 放到190度的烤箱里烘烤大约20分钟 20分钟后,取出来看看 我们在这儿再打一颗鸡蛋 再放回烤箱里 我们来看看怎么样 在烤箱里放置5分钟后,因为奶酪和面包的温度都很高 鸡蛋也烤熟了,大功告成 窝蛋奶酪饼可以吃了,好香!

Chef de Cuisine at Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura in Florence, Karime López, creates an egg and cheese dish hailing from Georgia, Khachapuri.
Ingredients for 4 people:
• 300 g flour
• 2 g of salt
• 2 g of sugar
• 4 g dry yeast
• 80 ml warm milk
• 100 ml warm water
• 300 g grated cheese (feta, mozzarella and parmigiano) you can use any cheese, I used this because it was what I have on the fridge.
• 20 ml milk
• 3 eggs

Method:
Put together the milk, and water add the yeast mix a little bit, add the sugar, on other bowl mix the flour with salt, mix all together until you have an even dough, let rest for 2 hours.
Grate the cheese and mix it with 100 ml of milk and one egg.
Take the dough, spreading it into a circle about 9 inches in diameter. Then roll 2 opposite sides of the circle towards the center so it ends up have a boat like shape. Then pinch the corners together, cover and let rest for 1 hour.
Fill the kachapuri with the cheese mix.
Put in the oven and bake at 180° C
When the kachapuri has a golden color (after about 15 mins) take it out of the oven and put the egg in the middle, put back in the oven until the egg is cooked (after 5-6 mins) and is ready to serve.

  3. Tried Georgian cuisine in Georgia it is very bad and harmful. We spent money on a trip to Georgia and are very upset. Nothing interesting. It's like a trip to Mexico, but everything is cheaper there.
