【ゆずの栄養効果】

血行促進、消化促進、疲労回復、筋肉痛の改善、高血圧予防やむくみの改善、便秘解消などへの効果・効能も期待されています。

中性脂肪、悪玉コレステロールを下げる役目もあり、ゆずに含まれるヘスペリジンの量は、みかんの２０倍、レモンの３倍と柑橘類の中でもダントツに多く含まれているそうです！

ゆずを頂いたので手作りポン酢を作りました。

小ぶりのゆずなら2個、大きめなら1個の絞り汁を入れて作って下さいね🥰

◉ ゆず　1個分の絞り汁（30ccくらい）

◉酢　　60cc

◉みりん　大さじ3

◉醤油　100cc

[Nutritional Benefits of Yuzu]

It is expected to have effects and benefits such as promoting blood circulation, promoting digestion, recovering from fatigue, improving muscle pain, preventing high blood pressure, improving swelling, and relieving constipation.

It also plays a role in lowering neutral fats and bad cholesterol, and the amount of hesperidin contained in yuzu is 20 times that of mandarins and three times that of lemons, making it by far the most abundant of all citrus fruits!

I was given some yuzu, so I made some homemade ponzu.

If you have small yuzu, use the juice of two, if you have large yuzu, use the juice of one yuzu🥰

◉ Juice from one yuzu (about 30cc)

◉ Vinegar, 60cc

◉ Mirin, 3 tablespoons

◉ Soy sauce, 100cc
