๐ฅฉ Spread the beef slices on a flat surface.
๐ Add a small bunch of enoki mushrooms to one end of the slice.
๐ข Roll the beef tightly around the mushrooms and secure if needed.

๐ฅฃ In a small bowl, combine light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, starch, and water. Stir well and set aside.
