How to make the Japanese style stew without strew roux. If you are vegetarian, you can make it only vegetable, soy milk instead of milk, with out butter!
クリームシチューをルーを使わずに作りました。
牛乳を豆乳に変えたり、チキンをシーフードに変えたり、アレンジも出来るので、ぜひお試しください!
[Ingredients]
• Chicken thigh: 2 pieces (400g)
• Onion: 1
• Carrot: 1
• Potato: 2
• Mushroom: as much as you like
• Broccoli: 1/2 head
• Water: 300 ml
• Milk: 300 ml
• Heavy cream: 100 ml
• Consommé cubes: 2
• Rice flour: 4 tablespoons
• Butter: 2 tablespoons
• Salt: to taste
[How to Make It]
1. Cut the chicken and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat rice oil in a pot and the chicken and vegetables stir-fry.
3. Once the onion becomes translucent, add water, cover with a lid, and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
4. Mix milk, rice flour, and heavy cream together.
5. Add consomme, butter, and the milk mixture to the pot, then bring it to a boil to thicken.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
