【サバ缶の鍋レシピ】
１、鍋にサバ缶をあけて水を注いで火にかける。
２、沸いてきたら春菊、かまぼこを入れ軽く煮る。
３、塩昆布で調味してごま油をたらし刻みネギを散らす。
【材料】
・サバ缶：1缶 160g
・水：250cc
・春菊：50
・かまぼこ：30g
・塩昆布：5g
・ごま油：小さじ1
・ネギ：少々
【メモ】
・生姜を刻んで入れても良いです。
