Fried Swordfish Bento | Green Onion Bun | Fluffy Sandwich | Melon Cream Soda｜Japanese Cooking Vlog

This time, i made fried swordfish, leek buns and fluffy sandwiches!
I used green onions because chives were too expensive, but they were refreshing and very tasty!

It’s been a while since I made a miniature food, a melon cream soda. I am testing its durability. o(^-^)o

【Recipe】
◻︎Tuna Mayo
1 can tuna
2 T mayonnaise
A little men-tsuyu

◻︎Tartar sauce
2 eggs
4 T mayonnaise
1 T lemon or vinegar
1 t sugar
A pinch of pepper

◻︎Batter
3 T flour
1 egg
1.5 T water

◻︎ green onion buns
1 pack of large dumpling skins
Negi (green onion), as desired
2 shiitake mushrooms
120 g ground pork
1 T soy sauce
1/2 T sake
1 piece grated shoga (ginger)
1/2 T sesame oil
