Прополюс у нас заливают водкой 40% и настаивают.Блины жарят с одной строны и начинку клалут на обжаренную сторону.А потом жарят с необжаренной строны. Лапшу у нас в Башкирии очень любят.Но ее режут очень очень тонко. Крупно нарезанная лапша считается неприличной .
