How to make Japanese style pickled onion salad
Very healthy and very tasty Red onion pickled salad Japanese style

What you need for 3~4 dishes
〇 Red onions     2big size 
〇 Shiso herb leaf    7~8
〇 Chikuwa fish cake paste 3~4
〇 Chilli (dried)   1~2
〇 Roasted Sesame    1~2tbsp
〇 Bonitos      
Dressing
〇 Rice vinegar (vinegar) 3tbsp
〇 Soysauce        3tbsp
〇 Mirin      1tbsp
〇 Sesame oil       1tbsp
〇 Sugar        2tbsp

How to make

Cut onions and other ingredients and mix with dressing very well. Pickle 3hours or more in the fridge. I think it is Better to pickle half day.
