    3. My mom used to make a lot of sujebi soup, but she would make it non spicy because her stomache couldn’t handle spices, but I like spicy so I’ll definitely try this version. 😊 thanks auntie.

    4. Love your memories. I remember making egg noodle-dough dumplings. They were huge compared to my Father's. Mom made noodles, but Dad preferred dumplings. Either in chicken soup, or Hungarian Chicken Paprikash. 😋 Going to give this a try. Need to go to Asian market. TFS

    9. I made this today for lunch and I was truly blown away at the flavor of it. So simple and so very delicious. I loved making the hand torn noodles. I bet they'd be delicious in other types of soup too.
I will be making this again I had to stop myself from eating the whole pot!😅

    10. My friends just a PSA. If like me your dough's way too sticky just be careful with the water next time. For now add more flour. I would recommend to add the water slowly until you get to her consistency and put some more oil on top before wrapping. You'll thank me later for it not sticking to the wrap, to your hands, to the wall, to your will to live… Etc. etc.
