    皆さん、こんにちは！日本を動画で紹介しているにほんあいです。
    今回は日本の旬の食べ物筍について紹介します。

    京都から新鮮な筍が届きました。I先生に感謝♪
    筍は掘ってからすぐでないと生では食べられません。
    ほとんどの場合は筍を下茹でします。米ぬかと赤唐辛子を使う場合が多いです。

    筍の大きさによって茹で時間も違います。落し蓋をして1～2時間位茹でます。
    下茹でが完了しました。部屋中に美味しそうな筍の香りが漂います。

    茹で上がって鍋の中で冷ましてから「筍の刺身」として、わさびと醤油で食べるのがもっとも筍のおいしさがわかる食べ方です。甘い味がします。

    若竹煮＝わかたけに
    筍とわかめ（若芽）の煮物。わかめの旬も春です。
    筍ごはん

    筍のお吸い物
    山椒の葉
    筍料理につきものはやっぱり「山椒の葉」。春の山椒の葉の爽やかな香りがあります。

    This time we are going to introduce you to Japan’s seasonal food, bamboo shoots.

    Fresh bamboo shoots arrived from Kyoto, thanks to I sensei♪

    Bamboo shoots must be eaten raw within a few hours of being picked.
    In most cases, the bamboo shoots are pre-cooked. Rice bran and red pepper are often used.

    Boiling time varies depending on the size of the bamboo shoots. Boil them in a pot with a drop lid for about 1 to 2 hours.

    Pre-boiling is completed. The aroma of delicious bamboo shoots wafts through the room.

    The best way to appreciate the taste of bamboo shoots is to eat them as “sashimi” with wasabi and soy sauce. It tastes sweet.

    WAKATAKENI.Simmered bamboo shoots and wakame seaweed.
    Wakame seaweed is also in season in spring.
