    1. I'm allergic to almonds, oats and soy, so I've found that coconut milk is amazing for me personally. Sometimes I'll make fresh hemp milk and use that too, and they both froth pretty well.

    2. I used to hate kale until I started getting Green Chef boxes and they would send kale salads. Getting used to preparing it got me to love it.

    3. FINALLY someone that has similar taste palette to me! I can never find vegan recipes that suite my cravings and I love your options!

    4. negating the value of a great diet by ingesting all the poison from non-stick cookware! Please, invest in some expensive multi-ply stainless steel or cast-iron if thats not an option. Its an investment in your health.

    5. I LOVE THAT CASHEW ALMOND MILK. I buy all of them if it's in stock haha usually there's only 2 or 3 left. It's carrageenan free too.
      Definitely gonna start stepping outside earlier in the morning with some matcha tea. Thank youu 🌅 .

    6. i'm a vegeterian but i really want to slowly go towards the vegan alimentation. So sad that where i live we don't have protucts like "just egg" bc it would make the transition so much easier !

    7. anything with “just egg” is not realistic unless you’re like wealthy wealthy. the inclusion of just egg really nullifies the usefulness of this

    8. What an incredible video! I'm a life-long meat eater, have been borderline carnivore at times. Something shifted this year, though, and I'm starting to become incredibly grossed out by the meat cooking process. Came to YouTube for plant based recipes, and wow! Thanks for the introduction to this type of food!

    9. Nice video but way too many soja (incl. tofu & miso). I have thyroid disfuncion and should not eat (much) soja. =/ You also should reduce your soja consumption for your health 🫣
