豚きゅうり梅ダレ炒め・夏バテでも食べられる酸味が爽やか絶品炒め物/Stir-fried pork cucumber plum sauce/Taste of Japan

毎日暑いですね~
こんな暑い日ばかり続くと、食欲も落ちるもの。そんな体力が落ちやすい夏でもさっぱり食べられて、栄養満点な「豚きゅうり梅ダレ炒め」のご紹介です。

我が家の定番、小さな子供でも食べられる炒め物です。

材料(3~4人分)
豚肉200g
きゅうり2本
梅干し大1個
タレ(醤油、酒、みりん各大さじ1)
大葉3~5枚
トッピング(ゴマ・鰹節はお好みで)
ごま油(炒め油)

ごま油で豚肉を先に炒め、色が変わったらきゅうりを炒め、たたいた梅肉にタレを合わせたものを絡めて炒めあげます。

It is a staple of our house, a stir-fry that even small children can eat.

Ingredients (3~4 servings)
200 g pork
2 cucumbers;
1 large pickled plum
Sauce (1 tablespoon each of soy sauce, sake, and mirin)
3~5 large leaves
Toppings (sesame seeds and bonito flakes to your liking)
Sesame oil (stir-fried oil)

Fry the pork in sesame oil first, fry the cucumber when the color changes, and stir-fry the beaten plum meat with the sauce.
