Nice video, and good English from the man making the interviews. I am a big fan of Tamagoyaki, but only if its warm, and if its not sweet. I will buy a square pan to make Tamagoyaki when I am back in Japan in March, so that I can try to make it at home. The technique in making it, takes a lot of trying in my opinion.
