    Ingredients for making a frittata:
    250g (1 1/2 cups) cherry tomatoes
    Salt
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 onion, diced
    3/4 cups (170g) butter
    1 kg (2.2lb) yellow potatoes
    Parsley, chopped
    Parmesan cheese, grated
    14 eggs, beaten

      I’m sure that a lot of all that saturated fat (‘a LOT of butter’) could be replaced by much healthier mono-unsaturated e.t.c. Fats. ‘Decadent’ eventually equals ‘triple bypass’ .

    2. Maybe learn what you're cooking before you start telling other people what the hell it is. That's not a frittata. You've been corrected many times already in the comments. At this point it looks like you just don't care what things are actually called.
