2 WEEKS in Malaysia! (Travel documentary)

We spent approximately two weeks traveling around Malaysia, falling in love with such an amazing melting pot of a region. We had no idea the beauty could be so rugged, that we’d visit a city filled with so much history, or that we’d have so much FUN. The only chapters in this video are the start of each day. If you’re wondering where to start, Malacca, Taiping, and Georgetown were probably our 3 favorite places.

THANKS FOR WATCHING! We’re thrilled you chose to spend your time with us.

  1. suggest trying the real durians – there are so many types/species of durian- – from the sweet to bitter sweet. should try the different grades of durians to understand why this fruit can command such premium price. durian flv foodstuffs are really for those people who really appreciate the 'smell' of the durian &, most of the time they are not made from real durians.

  2. Actually Msia is not this hot but due to the El Nino weather phenomena we are experiencing unusual heatwave expected to last until mid May

  3. Yes it is real to order drink from the place you eating. That’s is because most of the “hawker” center own by the storefront and they rent out their storefront to food stalls and the store owner selling the drinks so they can make some extra money besides the rent they got from the food stalls.

  7. The Potato is boiled, mashed with onions and flavourings. Which is called Pergedil in Malay or Frikandel in its original Dutch… so hint hint… its really a historical mix…

  12. So naive and stupid not to research prior heading to a country with totally different with weather and food. 👎👎😂😂😱😱

  13. I love Taiping! I have fond childhood memories there. My Aunt and Uncle lived there and I love the food there, especially fresh popiah. It's utterly delicious. ❤❤ oh yes, the sounds in the park are probably from the zoo which is nestled close to that park.

  14. Jonker Street is derived from the Dutch 'Jonkheer Straat'. Jonkheer literally means 'Young lord', and was a title used for the lowest ranking members of nobility.

  15. Both your reactions to Durian had me in stitches… because honestly it's soooo relatable. I too think Durian tastes like dirty feet and smells worse.
FYI we have been in Malaysia around the same time. I was there in April for a month during Eid.
