I am in software engineering and we use to say « hey, how are you doing? » the other one «Gezzz things are going crazy. I will resign and become a baker! Lol » we said it since we start having pastry/baking videos on youtube. We are not afraid of hard work but constant requirements changing, infinite meetings during the day making you coding at night, hard stop milestones that doesn’t make any sense. When you work in a peaceful place, you own every steps of your work and see the end the results in a day sounds so satisfying.
パンはやっぱりパン職人に作って欲しい。灘区のパン屋さんに行きたい。
