Today I would like to make meat-wrapped cheese fries.
This time I would like to finish the potatoes as a meat roll.
I would like to mash those potatoes and finish with cheese inside.
The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make.

Let’s start with the ingredients for the meat-wrapped potatoes.
Here are the ingredients.
Sliced pork loin, potatoes, melted cheese, salted butter, salt and pepper, potato starch, salad oil.
I will use these ingredients to make this dish.
As for potatoes, use your favorite variety.
I put melted cheese in it this time, but you can also put small slices of cheese here.
Now let’s continue with the seasoning ingredients.
Here are the ingredients.
Sugar, ketchup, miso, cooking sake, soy sauce, grated garlic, and water.
I will season with these ingredients.
I will use grated garlic, but if you do not want to add garlic, you can leave it out.
So, let’s make it with these ingredients.

First we add ketchup, miso, sugar, soy sauce, grated garlic, cooking sake, and water.
And mix well.
Mix miso well so that there are no lumps.
If the sugar is no longer tactile, it is ready.
This should be mixed in advance.
Now I will continue to peel the potatoes.
Now remove the potato sprouts as well.

Peel off the skin like this.
Now peel the other one the same way, and remove the buds.

Now we are going to cut this one into bite-sized pieces, which is roughly okay.

Now put the potatoes in the bowl.
Then soak them in water and leave them like this for 5 minutes to remove the scum.
Five minutes have passed.

Make sure you have one air inlet and outlet.
Microwave this in a 600W microwave oven for 5 to 7 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Now heated for 5 minutes.
Then remove the plastic wrap to avoid burns.
Once you stab it with a bamboo skewer. If the bamboo skewer goes through, it’s OK.
Then you put the butter in here.
And then we crush it with a masher.
Let’s mash the butter while melting it.

And here is salt and pepper.
You can also use your favorite here.
Then mix.

Then once you’ve done that, stick a piece of plastic wrap here and let it cool once it’s hot.
