    One of my favorite cakes is monchou cream cheese cake. It is easy to make, stiffens in the fridge and is very tasty. In my opinion, the tastiest cake is made with a topping of fruit.
    This cream cheese pie has a topping of smothered cinnamon apples and toffee sauce.

    220 grams of candy or Bastogne cookies
    100 grams of butter
    250 ml cream
    1 bag of whipped cream stiffener
    300 grams of MonChou cream cheese, at room temperature
    140 grams of white caster sugar
    A few drops of vanilla

    1 tbsp white caster sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon powder

    50ml water
    200 grams of granulated sugar
    200 ml cream
