    How to make Rainbow Baumkuchen レインボー バームクーヘン

    大好きなバームクーヘンをカラフルなレインボーカラーで作ってみました。切り分け方を変えるだけで、楽しいですよ。

    *レシピ*（17.5✕17.5センチのスクエア型）
    １．薄力粉 53g、コーンスターチ 43g、ベーキングパウダー 2gをふるいます。
    ２，１を7等分（およそ14gづつ）に分ける。
    ３．アーモンドパウダー 16g、粉砂糖 8gを合わせてふるいます。
    ４，３に卵白を2ml加え混ぜる。まとまらない時は、更に2ml 加えて混ぜる。
    ５．室温に戻した、無塩バター 50gを４に加え混ぜる。
    ６．はちみつ 48g、塩 ひとつまみを入れ混ぜる。
    ７．卵黄 44g（Lサイズの卵2個分）を3回に分けて加え、その都度 混ぜる.
    ８．バニラエッセンスとラム酒 14gを加え混ぜる。
    ９．８を7等分（およそ30gづつ）に分ける。
    １０．９に色を付ける。
    １１．ボウルに卵白 68g（Lサイズの卵2個分）を泡立て、メレンゲを作る。途中、砂糖 46gを3回に分けて加えて泡立てる。
    １２．１１を7等分（およそ15gづつ）にする。それぞれを９に入れておく。
    １３．型にサラダ油を薄く塗り、底にオーブンシートを敷いておく。
    １４．１２の紫の生地を混ぜあわせる。
    １５．１４に２の粉類を加え混ぜ、型に流し込む。
    １６．250度に予熱したオーブンで3分〜4分、薄い焼き色が付くまで焼く。我が家のオーブンでは3分半ほどでした。
    １７．焼いている間に次の色の生地を混ぜ合わせておく。
    １８．焼き上がった１６に１７を流し込み、250度に予熱したオーブンで3分〜4分焼く。
    １９．これをそれぞれの色で繰り返す。最後の赤は5分ほどしっかり焼く。
    ２０．網の上で冷ます。
    ２１．コーティング用のホワイトチョコ 69gを湯煎で溶かす。
    ２２．２１を２０に掛ける。
    ２３．チョコレートが固まったら好みの形に切り分ける。
    ２４．できあがり。
    順番を逆に赤から焼き、ひっくり返して赤の面にチョコレートをコーティングしたほうが、きれいに仕上がると思います。次は私もそうしたいと思ってます！

      And a man named John Gomez said my elbows were too short like a cat and he said my elbow was too short for getting tough like a superhero and a woman named Violet shift-well says my hands look funny and I’m not sure what my hands look summer and spider man said my fingers look like a lady spider and he said my fingers are low because I was swinging in the jungle vine and the Alfred Molina says my legs are low and teabag the cat is stretching his legs and flash Thompson said my legs are funny like a man and cat from talking reality cat says my knees are lucky and my sister named Violet shift-well whispers flash flash flash your knee is getting bigger! And then uni-kitty siwa the cat says my feet are funny 😆 and she says my feet look funny and Violet holland says my toes look wet in the water and she says my toes were in the water. At hot topic Pixar live on stage!

      I like happy monster band Pixar marvel and the men from talking reality cat says my shoulders are too small and cat named flash hundred yard dash says my belly was hurting and then John cena says my back hurts and then Kimberly says my arms are too big and then cat woman says my elbows were bruised and Hannah Montana said my hands look like a princess and Zia Sarah Vogel says my fingers look like a zombie 🧟‍♀ queen 👸 and spider man as lightning McQueen says my legs look like a viper because I saw my legs are a spider and evil spider man the vampire 🧛 demon says my knees are bleeding like a rattlesnake the scary thing in the adventure. Uh oh! and John Gomez as Owen Wilson the man and says my feet is look funny and Violet Gyllenhaal as Sheryl crow the says my toes look sun kissed at hot topic zombie land : double tap live on stage!
