失敗無し！手羽元の甘辛煮／No failure! Stewed chicken wings

今日は超簡単、失敗無しの
手羽元の甘辛煮をご紹介します🤩

誰でも失敗無しで作れます😆
【8本】

① 手羽元にフォークで何箇所か刺してボウルに入れ、生姜の絞り汁、塩コショウして15分漬け込んでおきます。

② 小鉢に調味料を混ぜ合わせておきます。
◉ 醤油　大3
◉ 砂糖　大1
◉ 酒　　大1
◉ 水　　50cc

③ 手羽元に片栗粉大さじ3杯をまぶします。

④ フライパンを熱し手羽元を並べて蓋をして蒸し焼きにし、表面が白っぽくなったら裏面を焼きます。

⑤ 中まで火が通ったら混ぜ合わせた調味料を注ぎ入れ弱火にして全体に絡め炒め汁気が少なくなるまで炒めたら完成です。

⓺ お皿に付け合わせのレタスとトマトの上に鶏肉を並べて白ごまを振ったら完成です。

Today is super easy and no mistakes.
Introducing sweet and spicy boiled chicken wings 🤩

Anyone can make it without failure 😆
[8 pieces]

① Prick the chicken wings in several places with a fork, place in a bowl, add squeezed ginger juice, salt and pepper, and marinate for 15 minutes.

② Mix the seasonings in a small bowl.
◉ Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
◉ Sugar 1 tbsp
◉ Alcohol 1 large
◉ Water 50cc

③ Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of potato starch on the chicken wings.

④ Heat a frying pan, arrange the chicken wings, cover with a lid, and steam-fry. When the top side turns whitish, fry the bottom side.

⑤ When the heat goes through, pour in the mixed seasonings, reduce the heat to low, and stir-fry until all the liquid is reduced, and it’s done.

⓺ Arrange the chicken on a plate on top of the lettuce and tomatoes, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and it’s done.
