    ▼材料(2人分)
    マグロ(刺身用) 1柵
    ニンニク 1かけ
    塩コショウ
    有塩バター 10g
    醤油 大さじ1
    酢 大さじ1

    ▼Ingredients(serves 2)
    200g Tuna sashimi
    1 Garlic
    Salt and pepper
    10g Butter
    1 tbsp Soy sauce
    1 tbsp Vinegar

    ▼作り方
    ①マグロは塩を全体にまぶし20分ほど置いたあと、水洗いをして臭みを抜いておく。
    ②水気を取ったマグロに塩コショウで下味をつける。
    ③ニンニクは薄切りに切る。
    ④フライパンにニンニクとバターを入れて香りが出るまで炒める。
    ⑤マグロも入れて表面がこんがりするまで焼いて出来上がり。
