はい、美味しい。きしめんを作るのはハードル高いので買います
鍋が恋しい季節になりましたね。
しかし唐辛子系の辛いのは自分が苦手なので作れません（笑）
先週作った牛と味玉の豚角煮丼ですが
角煮がうまく出来ず（焼き目を付けすぎたところが硬くなった）
自己採点20点で、嫁や子供たちの評価もいまいち。
この点を反省して来週リベンジする事となりました（笑）
