法式金枪鱼披萨

法式金枪鱼披萨

简单易做的披萨面包是孩子们的心头好。

食材

四人份

2根半烤的法式长棍

1颗红椒,切粒

1颗青椒,切粒

198克罐头甜玉米,控干水分

225克罐头金枪鱼

100克切达干酪碎

1汤匙番茄泥

 

制作方法:

1.烤箱调至190度。将法棍纵向一切为二,直接放进烤箱烤架烘焙8分钟。同时将彩椒粒、玉米粒、金枪鱼和75克的干酪混合均匀。 

2.将面包片放入烤盘,每片均涂上1勺番茄泥,抹上调好的鱼泥,再撒上剩下的干酪碎。烘焙12分钟直至干酪融化,表皮金黄。
